Our Quebec City cruise experience was wonderful, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. The staff was very accommodating & attentive when it came to food preferences & allergies. While the vegetarian menu options were somewhat limited, the crew made a genuine effort to provide suitable meals & ensure everyone felt comfortable & cared for throughout the trip.
The service was friendly, professional, & welcoming, & the beautiful views of Quebec City made the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a relaxing & enjoyable cruise, & we appreciated the staff's willingness to accommodate special dietary needs with kindness & respect.

We booked the Red Carpet 5 course dinner cruise to start our vacation in Quebec...what a wonderful start for our trip!! Fantastic meal, service, & atmosphere. The staff was friendly & attentive. Great value for what we got. This company went above & beyond to make sure we had a great time

The cruise is good with friendly staff but there is not much to see in the 90 mins trip. If you want a relaxing family activity, please go for it. The only thing to see on the trip is Montmorency falls that you will end up going anyway.
We had a wonderful cruise experience with AML during our first family trip to Quebec. Due to rainy weather we reached few minutes before the cruise departure but the staff was very accommodating. They quickly provided our tickets & arranged for parking slot. It was a great sight seeing experience. Totally worth the money.
This is a quality trip that provides in 90 minutes a different perspective on Quebec City. It was a clear fall day with great views of the city & surrounding foliage. Those providing negative reviews need to keep in mind it is a boat trip up & down the river with a clear narration to what you are seeing. Remember it is a boat & so if you have a walker it could be difficult to board. The crew was fantastic helping older passengers to the shore down the gangplank. David, the narrator provided well thought out descriptions of the sights & a historical perspective to give context to what we were seeing. His voice was clear & definitely bilingual. In fact he didn't try to be funny & trite but rather clearly told us about the unique aspects of what we were seeing. Clean washrooms & indoor seating was available. My wife & I would definitely recommend this cruise. In the summer this cruise would be busy but in the fall there was plenty of available seats with many passengers. Thank you for a great experience! We will be back when we swing by this way again!
They cruise is absolutely NOT handicap accessible at all! The person on the phone lied to me. I have a walker & I asked about a wheelchair & he said it would be fine. The crew helped me get up the stairs but it was difficult to get around the ship. The saving grace, was David, the tour narrator. He was fabulous!!!!!!!
We booked a whale watching cruise through AML croisières,which picked us up from Québec city. The bus picked us up & it was a 3 hour journey to the cruise & two stops in between.There were plenty of belugas,minke whales,seals. It was an unforgettable experience. There is a gift shop, cafeteria & washrooms on the cruise ship. The journey was so scenic & the tour guide, Gabriella explained all the sights clearly. The route was very beautiful & the entire experience was totally worth it!
Quebec City Guided Sightseeing Cruise My wife & I spent four days in Quebec City, mostly exploring the sights on land. We use Viatour to book the Quebec City Guided Sightseeing Cruise on a hot & sunny day in late July 2024. The booking was without a problem, & our tickets were waiting for us at the tour kiosk. When we boarded, we were able to find a table on the forward deck, & I'm glad we did. Our historical interpreter (whose name, I apologize, I did not write down & have forgotten), was amazing. He would shift from French to English without a pause, every few sentences or paragraphs, & his presentation really added a lot to our understanding of the founding of Quebec City. Also, within minutes of finding a place to sit, a representative of the ship's kitchen appeared at our table. She took our order (we had a very respectable ham & cheese baguette, with lemonade for my wife & a Blue Moon for me), & we were served within 15 minutes. I was not expecting that level of service, & really enjoyed taking the cruise.
