My wife & I came here for lunch, & it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm & friendly service.

The food was absolutely outstanding, easily some of the best ramen we've ever had. The broth was rich & full of flavor, the ingredients were fresh, & the portions were very generous.

Despite how busy it was, the service was impressively fast, & the atmosphere was relaxed & inviting. It's easy to see why this restaurant has earned Michelin recognition. Every part of the experience, from the food to the service, was exceptional.

We would absolutely come back & highly recommend it to anyone visiting Québec City or anyone looking for an unforgettable ramen experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good karaage & chashu ramen. My food came with a complimentary matcha biscuit. I already ate the other sides before I remembered to take a picture though

We didn't realize it's a Michelin bib gourmand restaurant. We went in because we were staying in the neighbourhood. For some reasons we only got the ramen menu (we went on a Tuesday evening). The Shoyu ramen, noodle has good texture & the pork belly was tasty. However the soup was very oily (not sure why but there was a layer of oil on top) & not much shoyu flavour. The Tori Paitan ramen, teriyaki chicken was ok but the soup was extremely salty. I asked for the typical chili power (shichimi) that is usually served with ramen & ended up with their homemade chili crisp that has very little flavour (not spicy & just oily) & got charged for it (the waitress didn't explain that it's extra). The salmon croquette was ok but nothing special. The one thing that stands out was the Yuzu Sapporo slush. It was an interesting combination & very refreshing. Serve was a bit cold. The waitresses were polite enough but not friendly. We got the bill before we even finished our drink (weird…& it's not like there was a line up). In the end we find the food was meh & it's very overpriced. If you are looking for ramen, there are definitely better places out there.

Le meilleur restaurant japonais pour découvrir des nouveaux plats japonais dans une ambiance chaleureuse & invitante. Le concept de petites assiettes à partager est parfait pour un repas de couple & essayer plein de choses différentes. Le personnel était très attentif à notre service & nous a donné des supers bonnes recommandations adaptées à nos goûts pour notre première expérience là-bas. On y retournera pour essayer le petit restaurant de ramens à côté! Merci pour cette belle découverte & pour la nourriture exquise!

Nous avons bien aimé notre expérience! On était au comptoir -cuisine & c'était le fun voir le cuisinier préparer toutes les assiettes. Nous avons pris les dumplings (yum!) & les edamames comme entrées. Le bouillon du ramen était un peu trop salé a mon goût, mais les nouilles étaient bonnes.

There are 2 sections to this restaurant- one is for ramen & the other has a menu of multiple small dishes that can be shared. We went to the latter. Every dish was memorable.

Definitely a recommendation! If you wish to experience Sapporo style Ramen restaurant, you shouldn't miss this place. The Shoyu Ramen is outstanding.!!!
If you can try to get a table around the kitchen area for the most authentic experience.
