The bar tender was legendary. We went in with the intention to have one cocktail - ended up having 4 each. All the cocktails were inventions of the bartender - who with minimal information what we liked, crafted incredibly original drinks that hit all the right notes. I don't know how those combinations came to her mind - but they were epically good. Fortunately we managed to get ome of the recipes before she forgot what she made (as they were all full blown experiments).

The bar itself is a dark speak easy that's pretty comfy with a basic menu. Not that we had a thing off it. Pours were heavy. Would highly recommend.

Meilleure experience de bar que j'ai vécu. J'y ai été avec 2 amis. On a été très bien accueilli. L'ambiance tamisée & tranquille était parfaite. Un bartender clairement passioné qui connait son histoire & ses cocktails & qui à la fois nous fait gouter ses propres créations qui sortent de l'ordinaire! Wow

We didn't get food but the drinks were custom & the bartender was very thorough about it. It's a really small place & we quite like the environment. As we're from out of town & we intended to come the following night but they were closed, the bartender offered a list of local recommendations.

Cool spot. Great ambience/vibes. Friendly bartender. & amazing drinks. We really enjoyed our pre-dinner cocktails at Justine, & were excited that we found a spot in Quebec that matched the speakeasy feel we were looking for. It was not busy at all when we visited (around 7pm on a Friday), & the service was very prompt. Highly recommend for any cocktail enthusiasts visiting Quebec.

Favorite bar spot of our trip. Eli the bartender was the best bartender I've ever had. Just give him an idea if what you want & watch him do his thing. The man also cooked for us as it was a slower night & it was the best food of our trip. Great conversationalist & perfect night to end our trip 👌
