Super chill brunch spot with great food & great service! Eggs Benedicts are so delicious.
Menu estival vraiment bon. Cocktail crevette & pieuvre très frais! Un must de l'été!
Stopped by for a quick iced matcha latte & churros. The matcha latte could use some work, but this seems to be more of a coffee city so not too disappointed. The churros were awesome. Crisp exterior with the chewy doughy interior. Comes covered in sugar & also got some dulce de leche to dip them in.
Our family of four had an excellent meal at La Molette. The food is creative, beautifully presented, made with high quality ingredients, & with lots of heart & skill! The scallop dish (& the unique bread that accompanies it) were particular favorites, along with the tortilla espanola & the berry cheesecake (!!!). Our waitress, Natalia, was kind & attentive. At the end of our dinner, we got talking with her & learned more about restaurant, including that they are especially famous as a bakery. On our last morning in Quebec City, we returned to stock up on pastries & breads to take on the next leg of our trip. Despite buying quite a wide selection, barely any lasted past that morning! We understand the hype. On our return trip, we also heard more about all the different countries that the owners, chefs, & staff originally hail from - a great way to recognize Quebec City as an international community. These distinct backgrounds influence the food & vibe in great ways!
