The food is good, but unfortunately, the service needs significant improvement. Some of the waitstaff came across as arrogant & rude. I believe the owner should provide better customer-service training & ensure that all guests are treated with respect & courtesy, regardless of their cultural or ethnic background. Our experience left us feeling that members of the Asian community were not treated as warmly or respectfully as they should be. Every customer deserves to feel welcome & valued.

Acceuilli dans une sympathie commerciale mais pas vraiment réelle.Quand le menu indique une tarification double, le serveur prend d'office le plus onéreux & en évitant bien de vous demander de préciser votre commande
Le repas est convenable mais le calme de l'endroit ne justifie pas le tarif proposé

I was disappointed with the service at Café-Terrasse La Nouvelle-France Quebec . Marco one of the staff members not friendly or welcoming, & the overall attitude made our dining experience uncomfortable. I believe good customer service is just as important as the food, & unfortunately, our experience with the staff was not positive. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously & works to improve the level of hospitality for future customers.👎👎

Really bad behaviour & pretty much discriminated bcz we didn't want to give him a tip so he said us to leave bcz we don't want so his name was Marco & even in future i suggest if he will behave like this don't know how to serve & behave they should shut down
