I was disappointed with the service at Café-Terrasse La Nouvelle-France Quebec . Marco one of the staff members not friendly or welcoming, & the overall attitude made our dining experience uncomfortable. I believe good customer service is just as important as the food, & unfortunately, our experience with the staff was not positive. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously & works to improve the level of hospitality for future customers.👎👎

Unexpected find as we were walking around. Great service, super accommodating of a wide variety of preferences including gluten free, & friendly staff who seemed genuinely appreciative of their customers even though they clearly had plenty.

The staff was suuuper friendly. We came in yesterday at 4:30pm, immediately got a table. The service was quick & accommodating, & the restaurant's interior was very comfy & homely. The French Onion Soup was soo delicious, perfectly hearty, warm & wholesome after a long winter's day spent outside. The cheesy baguette & salad were the perfect combination to complete the meal. I could honestly eat here every day & have been craving their onion soup again today ;,) . I wish I could come back to Quebec just to eat here again. Thank you!

Honestly, we came here because it was dog friendly & has a dog meal (chicken or beef) on the menu & that was our sole deciding factor. However, dog or not, I'd come here again for sure - the food was amazing (human & dog!) & the staff are very nice, the environment is pleasant. I loved it. Merci!

It's a nice venue, the staff are friendly but unfortunately the salad was not fresh (brown pieces of lettuce) my rice was cold & the meat was not good. The onion soup was good however.

Amazing experience-such friendly staff! . Dog Friendly-even have a dog menu for $8! Like how amazing is this!? . Food was Amazing-Both my husband & I got a French Onion Soup. We both also ordered a main- Elk Stew for myself, & my husband ordered Steak & Frites. The Elk Stew was ammmmazing! So tender. Everything about this place is great. Situated in the heart of old Quebec City in the middle of this cute alley filled with artwork from local artists. It's totally worth the try ♡ Merci for a wonderful experience.

The traditional meat pie was very good! Onion soup was NOT good. First time it was very oversalted, they replaced it, & it was still very average. Friendly staff & great location though.

This was favorite restaurant in all of Quebec City. Had a unique local menu. The food all had excellent flavor & fresh. The staff was the best we had this week. Very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!
