Plusieurs bonnes assiettes pour le déjeuner ! Cette fois-ci, j'ai mangé les béné au légumes grillés, fromage crémeux & pacanes, délicieux ! Seul point négatif, je trouve les cafés spécialisés un peu cher.

Cela fait quelques années que nous allons de temps en temps à La Signature pour y prendre le déjeuner/brunch & l'expérience est toujours très agréable & délicieuse.

Les plats étaient excellent à l'exception de l'entrée de mon conjoint. Saucisses maison, farcie d'une datte & enrobée de bacon. Malheureusement le centre était cru. On a du retourner le plat en cuisine. Le serveur hyper sympatique c'est confondu en excuses & lui a apporté des calamars frits & ils étaient delicieux. Potage carotte gingembre très goûteux. Le boudin saucisse était bon servi avec purée & betteraves. Manquait d'un fil conducteur dans le plat par contre. Les tagliatelle a la joue de boeuf étaient delicieux.Crème brûlée & tarte au sucre en dessert. Bonne mais très petites portions. Café filtre très'ordinaire'. Nous avons pris la formule table d'hôte. C'est un apportez votre vin attendez vous à payer environ $75 & plus par personne.
Là où on a moins aimé c'est l'ambiance. Musique zéro adaptée a la clientèle & trop forte. On avait du mal a s'entendre. Le mobilier n'est pas très'invitant'. La banquette en simili cuir ou j'étais assise était toute déchirée & j'ai brisée le lainage de ma jupe. Éclairage au max. Bol a soupe de cafétéria.
On a passé une soirée correct. On laisse une chance au coureur, nous irons essayer le brunch.
Mention spéciale au serveur. Souriant, gentil & très à l'écoute.
