Très bruyant (présence de groupes), pas d'avis que nous devions quitter pour 20h30 au moment de la réservation & table directement dans l'entrée, donc dans la circulation & le courant d'air de la porte, bien que la réservation ait été faite plusieurs semaines à l'avance. Mes quelques expériences précédentes avaient été positives, mais celle-ci ne me donne pas envie de revenir.

Le servie au debut a tres bien été mais il s'est ecoulé 1h apres la fin du repas principal pour qu'un serveur ( & nous avons dû lui faire un signe de loin) pour qu'il vienne nous demander si tout allait bien...(on a dû demander la carte des dessert nous-memes) par contre les serveurs etait tous tres gentil, sourriant & de bonne humeur, sommes toute, ce fut une belle soirée!

Le chef François Begin nous a gâté avec sa poutine aux joues de boeuf! Sans compter les entrées de calmars & crab cake. Miam!!!!

Les employés ont été très gentils, serviables mais une table de 18 criait tout au long du souper & on ne s'entendait pas parler. Ils n'ont pas été avisé de baisser le ton & tout le reste du restaurant a été dérangé.

J'insiste pour dire qu'on a eu un service hors pair. Le lieu est très chic, qualité & quantité était aussi parfaite. Pour le reste, je sais que c'est ingrat & que vous pouvez pas faire grand-chose avec ce problème un peu naturel mais le bruit était excessif, très désagréable. Merci beaucoup, j'aurai l'occasion de vous recommander.
