Très bon service & bonne nourriture mais nous nous sentions poussés à quitter & cela ne faisait qu'une heure que nous étions arrivés. Nous avions une réservation pour un déjeuner (4 personnes) avec des gens que nous ne voyons pas souvent. C'était dommage de ne pas sentir que nous pouvions déjeuner tranquillement.

J’ai pris le plat de porc Nagano & je n’ai pas été déçu. Le bonne portion de fromage de chèvre se mariait magnifiquement avec la sauce au porto & les oignons caramélisés. La cuisson des légumes était parfaite. Le seul hic c’était le petit goût de brulé causé par la cuisson sur grille. Je pense que ce petit restaurant aurait avantage à investir dans des panneaux accoustiques, c’était très bruyant même installé à l’opposé des groupes venus souper.

Ce fut délicieux & le service a été très chaleureux.
& merci encore au chef François pour son "spécial dessert" pour ma fête.
