Superbe déjeuner ce matin à La Signature. Accueil charmant & service impeccable ainsi que les crêpes & le café. 😀
Prix raisonnable aussi & le tout dans l'environnement du Vieux-Limoilou.
J'y retournerai.

Pour le prix, c'était correct. La joue de boeuf & le magret de canard étaient bien exécutés, mais les goûts n'avaient rien d'exceptionnel - juste bien réussis, sans plus. Par contre, niveau cuisson, tout était parfait. Petite déception pour la crème brûlée, qui manquait de croûte caramélisée.

Mention spéciale au service : le serveur a pris le temps de valider si nous voulions attendre avant de lancer le prochain service. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette attention, car nous aimons prendre notre temps & ne pas nous sentir pressés.

Nourriture & services excellent. Par contre, on avait commandé un chaï latte avec lait d'avoine & notre breuvage était tiède presque froid. J'ai été surprise par la température du breuvage & un peu déçu. Mais ils l'ont réchauffé par la suite & c'était un peu mieux. Il faudrait revoir la température des breuvages chaud parce ce n'était pas agréable à boire à cette température. Merci beaucoup pour le service, l'ambiance & le menu toujours aussi alléchant.
