What a fantastic experience we had at Le 101! We started with 3-course dinner but after an amuse-bouche we realized that we wanted the whole experience. The chef allowed us to switch to 7-course meal & took us on a magical journey. The food brought up beautiful memories & interesting discussions. The service was impeccable, welcoming & friendly. We will definitely go back.

We recently dined at 101 & was blown away by the exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting & elegant. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu & made excellent recommendations. As for the food, every dish was beautifully presented & bursting with flavor. The chef's creativity & attention to detail were evident in every bite. Overall, 101 exceeded our expectations in every way, & I can't wait to return for another unforgettable meal. Very nice cocktails & wine list with a wide natural selection. Definitely need more of these restaurants in this city.

Wow! 10/10 Magnifique service au 101! Plein de belles attentions & ils sont vrm au soin de leurs clients. Ils ont bien fait attention à mes restrictions alimentaires. Ils se sont assurés que tout était bon pour nous. L'ambiance était agréable & il était plaisant de pouvoir voir le travail en cuisine avec les chefs & leur toque! Je recommande! Ça faisait longtemps que j'avais eu une belle expérience comme ça au restaurant.

Le 101 fait penser à un bistro élégant. Cuisine intégrée au restaurant. Aménagement confortable & chaleureux. Menu restreint mais que de bonnes choses. Nourriture apprêtée avec soin. Très belle présentation. Service impeccable. Chef présent dans la salle. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Vaut plus qu'une visite.

Wow, wow wow! We attended a special event with "le Vignoble Camy" where the chefs had to to create meals that matched different grape variety provided by the winery. Every plates were soo tasty & fine! We enjoyed very single bites! The service & staff was great & being able to see the chefs in the kitchen adds to the experience. We will come back for sure

I was in Quebec City for the month of September & ate dinner at Le 101 three times. Each meal was wonderful, & two of my family members in their sixties said that the first dinner was the best meal they had ever eaten. Wonderful for me that I could bring them to this restaurant that presented beautiful magic on a plate. The third meal that I had was over-the-top beautiful--visually wonderful, creative, delicious, & offered with kindness, generosity, care, & an amazing aesthetic sense of the potential beauty of food as art. Merci, merci, merci to the wonderful chefs & wait staff who charmed my family & me in their beautiful restaurant!
