Pas à la hauteur des commentaires lus & partagés. Nous avions fait une remarque sur le niveau de cuisson de la joue de veau qui semblait pas assez cuite, manque de tendreté & aucun retour ni du serveur ni du chef.

Bel environnement & personnel sympa dans l'ensemble mais pas suffisant pour une faire une expérience intéressante.

Decadent small plate experience ! Nice wine list & attentive service. Not the place to go to if you are looking for large portions & only have an hour to eat.... We did not do the Prix Fixe menu as most of the other diners were doing. Too much food for us.
Each entree was brought to the table by one of the four chefs & explained. We will be back & if we are really hungry we will do the Prix Fixe !!!

Tout était parfait! Les chefs sortent de derrière le comptoir & viennent vous expliquer ce qu'ils font, la cuisine ouverte permet de voir la minutie & la passion des chefs, & la nourriture est autant BELLE que BONNE! Longue vie au 101!

Une première pour notre restaurant de quartier ! Tout était parfait ! La nourriture est excellente, le travail du chef est très recherché, les accords mets-vin parfait ! Nous avons goûté à tout, & tout était délicieux ! Petit faible pour le menu non-végé. Le personnel est très professionnel & vraiment sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement !

Cette soirée au restaurant 101 de quartier était merveilleuse. Dans un cadre élégant & minimaliste, Andréanne & moi on a pu déguster un 5 services. Depuis le début jusqu'au dessert, on a pu ressentir la générosité des Chefs. Des portions généreuses & parfaitement équilibré gustativement. Sans parler de la belle présentation des assiettes. Un service accueillant & décontracter qui adoucie l' effervescence de la ligne des chefs, un spectacle atypique a ne pas raté.
Félicitations à tout l'équipe.
