Un service exceptionnel (Sandra 🙌) & des plats hallucinants! Nous n'avions pas de réservation mais avec la tempête on a pris une chance & ils nous ont trouvé une magnifique table! Clairement on va y retourner ! :) Merci à toute la brigade pour ces découvertes culinaires & la belle soirée.

Aucun fil conducteur entre les plats. Les serveuses expliquent les plats & leurs accords en trois mots & repartent. Le service du vin est inégal entre chaque convive, même si on a tous payé pour le même accord. L'ambiance est froide. Nous avons été très déçu par ce restaurant, nous ne recommandons pas. Sur les 7 services, il n'y a qu'un plat qui méritait d'être dégusté. Il y a tellement de meilleur restaurant à Québec ne vous déplacez pas pour celui-ci.

It was the 7 course Christmas menu with wine pairing for my wife & I. Beautiful presentation, lovely tastes that were only amplified by the accompanying wines which no doubt were expertly selected. The wait staff are fun & friendly which helped to make a note-worthy evening!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment ma femme & moi. L'immersion dégustative était incroyable, nous n'avons pas l'habitude des grands restaurants, mais nous ne regrettons aucunement notre choix. L'accueil était très chaleureuse!!

Had a lovely date night at the 101. Food was fantastic, service was kind & gentle & the ambiance was just right. Not too busy on a cold, snowy Wednesday night. Will keep this place in mind whenever we are in Quebec next.
