While I enjoyed my dining experience very much I'm not sure if it was the timing or size of the main course but I left not feeling fulfilled. I did not expect to feel full after this experience as I've done them in other establishments but I did expect to feel satisfied.

Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle ! C'est la deuxième fois que je me rends au 101 pour célébrer un anniversaire &, encore une fois, j'ai été épatée. Le service est irréprochable, le chef est même venu nous remercier personnellement à la fin du repas, & la qualité de la cuisine est remarquable : des saveurs raffinées, des textures parfaitement maîtrisées. Chaque plat est également une véritable oeuvre d'art, visuellement spectaculaire.

Je recommande vivement ce restaurant, où vos papilles autant que vos yeux seront comblés.
