Amazing experience, the staff is incredibly professional, the dishes were so well thought out ; creative, beautifully executed & presented. We had a very elegant time at le 101. We definitely recommend & we will be back.

This was our first time visiting Quebec City, & we are so pleased to have chosen this restaurant for our dinner. My mother & I both chose the 4 course menu. The food was wonderful, so creative & sourced locally, making it even more special. The service was excellent as well - everyone was attentive & explained each dish in detail.
You can feel the dedication the entire team has, both front & back of house, in the work they put out. We are so happy to have experienced this, & can't wait to visit once more. You won't regret coming here!

This was a very enjoyable experience. The food consisted of quality products in well-executed preparations. While the dishes were creative, everything was well-grounded in established techniques & flavors. The chef was also very accommodating of our vegan diner who ate as well as anyone else. The wine selection was also of a high standard, appropriate for the meal.
