Ma copine & moi avons passé une super soirée. Repas 4 services ensuite cocktail & mignardises sur la petite terasse. Tout était excellent & belle ambiance. On y retournera c'est certain !

Quelle magnifique soirée ! Chaque plat témoigne d'un travail méticuleux, d'une grande recherche & d'une inventivité remarquable, mis en valeur par des ingrédients locaux & de saison. On sent toute la passion & l'engagement de la brigade, qui se dépasse pour offrir une expérience culinaire hors du commun. Le service, quant à lui, est attentionné, personnalisé & d'une chaleur rare. Une soirée tout simplement magique !

Félicitations à votre équipe, votre cuisine est juste, équilibrée, innovante. Vous allez chercher les saveurs dans vos produits sans débalancer vos plats, pour les mettre en valeur dans des ensembles gourmands. Il y a beaucoup de travail derrière chaque assiette, on a passé un super moment.

Le 101 was great for the whole family…from our 3.5 year old toddler to her grandparents!

All the big folk had the 4-course menu, & each course was creative & impeccably prepared…. We all especially loved the lamb that was perfectly moist & tasty. & the tzatziki-inspired dessert was also such a neat blend of flavours.

Was our favourite meal during our week wandering around Quebec City!

Un parfait ! Une cuisine bien exécuté & créatif !
Les cocktails sont incroyablement bon ! Un sommelier passionné qui prend le temps d'échanger avec vous & qui vous partageras ça passion. Les cuisiner comme les serveur auront toujours le sourire ! Un accueil formidable . Bref 5 étoiles amplement mérité ! Merci pour ce moment.

Wonderful restaurant! The fixed menu took us in a delicious meal journey thru the Quebec region.
The dishes were not tiny. The lamb roll was quite larger than I've had expected, & even dessert included 3 items.
Needless to say, we were more than satisfied with the experience.
