My wife & I were at this restaurant recently & our experience was super special. We were given so much attention & the food was amazing. The presentation of the food was remarkable. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a special experience. One of the chefs even came to our table & was very professional. Billy & Bernie from New York

The entire experience at 101 was phenomenal! The food was outstanding & the staff extremely attentive. They went out of their way to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely return when we visit Quebec again.

Wow! Menu dégustation 7 services avec l'accord des vins un vrai délices. Le service nous avions une jeune femme qui a su nous expliquer & nous mettre l'eau à la bouche lors des descriptions des vins & des plats. Un beau travail d'équipe. J'ai très rarement aussi bien mangé au restaurant. Merci à toute l'équipe du 101.

Une réussite sur toute la ligne! Définitivement l'un des meilleurs restos à Québec. Un service attentionné, une ambiance décontractée & moderne, des plats équilibrés & savoureux & un sommelier comme on en trouve nulle part ailleurs dans le coin!

From the selection of ingredients to the plating, I could sense the chef's dedication. I chose the 7-course tasting menu, & each dish was exquisitely crafted. The only thing I didn't quite enjoy was the foie gras, which I found a bit too rich. I would have preferred bread that wasn't so buttery. The consistency & attention to detail in all the dishes were excellent. I think this restaurant surpasses most of the fine dining establishments in the states.
