Wow, quelle belle découverte! Avec Gus, la portion guinguette de l'endroit, nous nous sommes retrouvés pendant un moment dans cet autre pays. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation 3 services & on a adoré chaque plat. Fletan, canard, mignardise maison, tous présentés avec elegance, & tous aussi savoureux l'un que l'autre. Définitivement à mettre sur votre liste d'endroits à fréquenter.

We had a great time at Le 101. The service was outstanding, great food & the Chef was incredible. We will definitely dine again when we return to Quebec. Five stars all the way around!!!
