A delightful experience with a dining team that has kindness in spades. We stopped in as one of those happy accidents just walking by & luckily they were able to accommodate us (do make a reservation if possible). The food is surprising in many ways, taking humble ingredients & elevating them to ways uncommonly consumed. We were left talking at length about each course & how good it was each time. The wait staff supports your table as a team so you don't always have just the one who greeted you. However, everyone was patient, conversational, & kind. The chef took the time to stop by each table to thank you for dining. He is such an embodiment of his food. Joyful, creative, & humble. He thanked his team constantly as a unit that made our evening so special.

Très belle expérience. Cuisine originale & délicieuse. Nous avons aimé l'ambiance, le service,. la présentation des plats. En plus, ma copine a beaucoup apprécié les petits plats spécialement ajustés pour elle en fonction de ses allergies. Bravo!

We selected the Menu découverte which had 7 services plus amuse bouche to start & little sweets at the end . The whole experience was amazing , food service etc . A must !

Deuxième fois je venais manger au 101 & franchement c'était simple & incroyable. Le fumage du flétan & du saumon était maitrise & délicieux merci

Ma copine & moi sommes allés pour la Saint-Valentin & avons été très déçus par la nourriture. Les plats n'étaient pas cohérents entre eux, certains étaient mal apprêtés, & la portion démesurée de foie gras au 4e service n'avait pas sa place. Le service était excellent, mais l'expérience n'était pas à la hauteur du montant élevé que nous avons déboursé.
