Nous avons décidé vendredi soir de nous gâter avec un souper 5* dans une des meilleurs tables de Québec. Mon conjoint a pris le 6 services & un 4 services pour moi. Le plat d'esturgeon jaune fumé était incroyable ainsi que le filet de veau! L'ensemble du repas était excellent! Le prix valait le détour. L'ambiance était calme & parfait pour un vendredi soir à relaxer entre amoureux. Je le recommande mais pas pour petit budget.

Service was kind but too slow. 20 minutes between each small course was too much. We stayed 3 1/2 hours. I will not recommend.

Very nice discovery in the heart of old Québec near le Château Frontenac.
The lunch menu tapas style is really nice 👌
While renovating, they found an old menu from Café de la paix from 1958. They decided to re-create an affordable lunch menu. All dishes are $5 & quite tasty!!!

Quelle belle soirée... Accueil chaleureux, le personnel est disponible. Menu découverte avec accord. Une entrée qui débute avec force, service courtois & en possession du menu. Belle ambiance, à la fois feutrée avec une touche de comique (les lapins-chevreuils). Du début à la fin, une expérience gustative très intéressante avec les produits d'ici & une belle trame tout au long du menu. Je recommande fortement.

We booked a table for two & ended up being sat at the bar. This took some joy out of the experience but we did book late, but it would have been good to know that's where we would be sat as we probably wouldn't have stayed. The service was great however with the staff being very attentive. The food was overall great but a couple of the tasting menu dishes didn't land with me. Overall highly recommend if in Quebec

Un menu du midi façon bouillon, avec des plats simples mais parfaitement maîtrisés & pleins de saveurs. Service impeccable, attentionné & de très bons conseils - mention spéciale pour la bière locale au champignon, surprenante & délicieuse. Le cadre est charmant, l'expérience impeccable. Je recommande vivement !

It has been a last minute reservation so we, just a party of 2, went for the'$5 a plate' available only at lunch. We were very fortunate to have gotten a table.
There was nothing'$5' about this experience with Le Clan, which is a fine dining restaurant.
The food has been delicious & of top quality.
Each plate is a tapas sized & totally great as an introduction into their discovery lunch & dinner menus.
We ordered literally only from the'entree' &'main' sections, adding up to 8 dishes, duplicating the veal & yellow sturgeon. The creations had been delicious showcasing uniquely local Quebec foods. & from small farms, towns. Not high yield institutions.
Will recommend visiting & reservations are necessary.

We will go for the discovery menus the next time.

Repas de midi avec des plats à 5 euros chacun, style tapas ,digne d'un restaurant haut de gamme , tout était délicieux , le service irréprochable & bienveillant l'ambiance confinée & confortable ,très bon rapport qualité /prix & on mange à sa faim… Je recommande +++
