We had a wonderful brunch experience. It is a set menu so we did not have to decide what to order. The meal started with'cold' offerings. Scones, sourdough toast, tomato salad, charcuterie, pickles. The salad & butter & apple jelly were devine. Then'hot' offerings of veal elk sausage, perfectly poached eggs with caribou, cornbread on chilli, potatoes, mussel soup. & finishing off with'sweet' with caramel panicotta, strawberry shortcake, peach sorbet. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent. A superb experience overall. Our favorite meal on this trip to Old Quebec City.

What a terrific experience! We had a weekend brunch. The bread & scones were the best ever. The cold & hot dishes were delicious & unique. & the desserts were out of this world. Very relaxed & professional service. Highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant, même que c'est mon restaurant préféré. L'an dernier nous avons fait le menu dégustation avec accord de vin, l'expérience était incroyable.

Cette année, nous avons essayé leur menu brunch & WOW! Repas 3 services de style brunch avec des portions incroyables pour la qualité avec un prix plus que raisonnable.

La nourriture était sublime, du premier service au dernier. Nous y sommes allés pour la formule brunch, tout goûtait extrêmement bon! Le pâté en croûte, la salade de tomates, la saucisse de gibier & les patates fondantes avec le ketchup maison! Les desserts étaient parfaits! Le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel, nous y retournerons. Maintenant un incontournable pour nous. Le seul petit bémol, le service chaud a été servi un peu trop vite.

I dined solo for brunch recently & had a wonderful experience. The recently earned Michelin star is well deserved! The food is incredible; brunch at 39CAD is a steal with three courses that include multiple tastings in each. The sour cream panna cotta with caramel sauce will remain in my tastebud memory forever.
