Dining at Le Clan was an extraordinary experience, topped off by an unexpected delight-the restroom facilities. The six-course meal, even without wine pairings, was memorable for its array of flavors & textures. The menu highlighted Quebec's culinary strengths, featuring exquisitely prepared rabbit & fish dishes that simply dissolved on the tongue. The desserts were artfully paired, showcasing the chef's commitment to quality & creativity. The attentive & thoughtful service from the staff added a personal touch that set this dining experience apart from others, marked by small acts of kindness that were both genuine & heartwarming. Moreover, even the bathrooms were impressive, providing a level of comfort & luxury that enhanced the overall experience.

Wow! We did the 6 course tasting menu & wine pairing. It blew us away. Best meal we had in QC! The chef used to work from Chateau Frontenac, so you know this is going to be fine dining.

It was a very pleasure experience to enjoy the 6 course with wines Le Clan excels in delivering dishes that leave a lasting impression, from the tender deer & melt-in-your-mouth fish to the carefully crafted dessert pairings. Each element of the meal reflects the chef's dedication to quality & innovation, making dining at Le Clan a truly unforgettable experience for discerning palates. The wines enhanced the dining experience. Each wine is chosen to harmonize with the flavors & textures of the dishes.

Loved the entrance where you can see the chef at work in his kitchen as you head upstairs to be seated. Wonderful tasting menu. The Arctic Char (one of four starters) had an amazing texture. The Sommelier demonstrated a love of wine that was truly infectious! A memorable experience.

Definitely the best restaurant we visited in Quebec. If you want high end dining for a reasonable price Le Clan is an entire experience. Amazing food, incredible attention to detail. We did the 6 course with wine pairing & it was absolutely amazing, the food, the ambiance, the service, all top notch.

We selected the six course tasting with wine pairing on Sunday. Upon entry you are greeted with the hustle & bustle of the kitchen enclosed in glass & escorted the stairs to the main restaurant.
The staff are very attentive & knowledgeable about the menu & wines of the various regions. Everything was excellent & presented in different dishes with a relaxed & unhurried pace.
Truly a lovely experience that I would recommend & will return again.

I know a great review isn't very helpful but I really wouldn't have changed a thing. Your staff was professional & friendly from the moment we walked in. I apologize for not remembering their names but our main server - dark hair, glasses - & the sommelier - lighter hair, beard - were great. The selection of wines & his knowledge of them & how they fit with the dishes they were paired with were impressive. Oh - & the server picked up on an unintentional birthday comment & arranged for an extra dessert surprise, which was very appreciated.

We look forward to seeing you next time we visit Quebec & will direct our friends to you as well.

Thank you again for a lovely evening & an experience with local ingredients.

Dinner was delcious! We were quite shocked however by the price of 3 glasses of wine ($264) which we felt we should have been advised about.
