Incroyable première visite grâce à Québec Table Gourmande. Tous est soigné : le service, les plats, le décors. j'ai adoré découvrir la provenance des produits de mon assiette. Je vais assurément revenir.

J'ai fait 5h de route pour aller essayer ce restaurant & wow! Aucunement decu, c'etais la meilleure experience culinaire que j'ai eu. Le chef a pris le temps de repondrr a mes question sur la cuisine de mes gibiers de chasse. La bouffe etait extraordinaire & que dire du service de Olivier derriere le bar! On voit clairement qu'il est a sa place au bar de cet etablissement spectaculaire!

We had a very pleasant experience with great dinner options including a preset 4- or 6-course menu as well as a la carte choices. We opted for the 6 course chef menu & were very pleased with the variety, presentation & taste. The wine list is exhaustive. The wine pairing options were excellent.
Service was wonderful: friendly & down to earth, not pretentious but very informative. The sommelier was very accommodating & adjusted the preset wine pairings to our requests & preferences without any issues, i.e.'no problem at all'.
All in all an awesome experience. Le Clan is to be absolutely recommended!!! When in Québec, we will be back!!!

Quel merveilleux festin! Expérience exceptionnelle à tous égards. Étonnées, enchantées, ravies, repues, nous nous sommes délectées ! Soirée inoubliable. Immense merci à toute l'équipe, mais surtout au chef, Stéphane Modat, qui réussit d'une main de maître, à mettre en valeur les produits de nos artisans & les saveurs de nos terroirs.

Every bite, every sip, every waiter was outstanding! What would have cost $200 in the USA cost ~120 here, & it was twice as good. We'll be back ASAP!
