Un super endroit chaleureux pour déguster un bon souper. Nous avons mangé le pot-au-pot & il était excellent ! La portion était généreuse & la présentation était WOW !
Nous avons aussi partagé un déjeuner & encore là, nos crêpes & gaufres étaient succulentes ;-)
Le service a été A1 & nous y retournerons certainement !

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it.

My family of four (including two young kids under 10) arrived around 5:15 p.m. & chose to sit inside. At the time, we were the only table seated indoors, & there were only a handful of tables occupied on the patio. After being seated, we were given just two menus, one kids' menu, & some cutlery. No water, no greeting beyond being seated, & no indication that anyone would be back to take our order.

We waited for about 10 minutes while several staff members stood nearby chatting amongst themselves. Not a single person checked on us, offered drinks, or acknowledged that we were waiting. With two hungry, tired kids after a long day, it quickly became clear that we weren't going to be served any time soon.

My wife finally said,'Let's just leave,' & that's exactly what we did. We got up & walked out without anyone noticing or asking why. It was honestly surprising given how quiet the restaurant was.

The silver lining is that we found another restaurant just a few minutes away, & the difference in service was night & day. We were greeted immediately, looked after right away, & had a great experience.

I understand that restaurants can get busy, but this wasn't the case. Being completely ignored as the only table inside is something I've never experienced before, & unfortunately, it means we won't be returning.

Worst service. Take more than 1.5 hour to serve a cesar salad. We requested to cancel the order & give refund. However, they refused to do it.
