Service lent, surtout au début, ça pris beaucoup de temps avant de recevoir nos apéros. Mauvaise cuisson d'un steak, la personne a reçu son steak quand les autres avaient terminé de manger, mais ce sont des choses qui arrivent. Somme toute nous avons passé une belle soirée.

Trop bruyant! Insonorisation pourrait être améliorée. Le personnel semblait débordé, lenteur dans le service, oublié d'un dessert. Les frites sont toujours aussi bonne & le personnel est accueillant.

Il faudrait être plus attentif au rythme.
C'était samedi soir, on nous offre de commencer avec un apéro. Cocktail pour mon conjoint, vin blanc pour moi. Au moment de les recevoir, on passe notre commande. On prend la table d'hôte & optons tous les deux pour la bisque de crevettes. C'est arrivé tellement rapidement que mon conjoint n'avait bu que 2-3 gorgées de son Bloody Cesar. L'idée de commencer par un apéro n'est pas de le boire tout en mangeant une soupe!
Autrement, tout était bon, les steaks étaient particulièrement savoureux. & nous apprécions le programme de récompenses offert dans l'application.
