Bonjour,

En ce qui vous concerne, tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Le problème sérieux se trouve autour du restaurant. D'abord, quand on entre par la porte donnant sur Grande-Allée, l'odeur d'urine est à lever le coeur.

Ensuite, il en va de même pour les toilettes situées au niveau sous le restaurant. Sales & malodorantes en plus d'être équipées d'une plomberie qui menace de céder & qu'on a peur d'actionner.

Pas fort de la part de l'hôtel mais vous, on a aimé.

Les chaises sont vraiment glissantes & voire même "dangereuses" lorsqu'on se lève. Nous étions avec une personne plus âgée qui a failli tomber par terre.

Bon déjeuner mais jambon beaucoup trop salé ( crêpes jambon & épinards) Il manquait des napkins, des ustensiles sur la table. On a dû demander nos cafés plus d' une fois.
