This small, unpretentious bistro, is a reflection of the character of Tolkien, it carries with it the greatness of a story whose echo is still heard today at the cafe. Très bonne cuisine raffinée, ++ pour la longe de porc & les raviolis. Le cadre du resto est vraiment sympathique. Je me permets une petite remarque, peu d'espace entre les tables ce qui rend la pièce bruyante (à noter aussi, une table de 11 au centre de la pièce) mais ça n'enlève rien à la qualité du restaurant, je recommande !

C'était ma première visite & j'ai été déçue par mon plat, mais les plats commandés par mes amies semblaient délicieux. Je ne recommande pas la Buratina : je n'ai pas apprécié ce duo de tartelette & de burrata. Je n'ai pas compris cette association entre ces deux éléments... Bref, à part ça, j'ai passé une belle soirée. Le service a été très sympathique, mais nous avons attendu à quelques reprises pour des demandes pendant la soirée. Bel endroit à essayer!

Absolute gem of a restaurant with delicious food, friendly service, & quaint atmosphere. Menu items are unique & prepared perfectly with fresh ingredients. Definitely recommend reservations, especially on weekends, in order to ensure you get to experience Le Hobbit.

We dropped in for a small meal & holy cow! The food was incredible & the drinks equally delicious. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable & very willing to share. We had an open ravioli & the lions mane small plates as well as a zucchini croquette & all three dishes made us take one bite & simply savor the flavors. Highly recommend The Hobbit when in Quebec!

Had a great but light brunch here, with super friendly & informative service (thanks for being so amazing)! We had the salmon gravlax, which was the highlight dish, we would definitely recommend. We had an Eggs Benedict which was very good too, & finally had a very refreshing cucumber drink which was recommended by the staff, lived up to its refreshing & tasty recommendation. A cute spot with nice indoor seating & a small outdoor patio too. Their dinner menu looked very appetizing & look forward to trying that in the future. Thanks!

Extraordinary & creative flavour. Nice staff. Good vibe. We enjoyed the egg benedict & chicken waffle a lot!! Highly recommended!
