Carefully prepared food that brought out the best flavor of the meats & fish. Superb service. Restaurant was a little darker than I like but that seems to be the trend in restaurants today.

Je suis une habituée & j'apprécie votre cuisine. Hier, j'ai amené trois amies pour qui votre resto était une découverte. Elles n'ont pas été déçues par les plats, mais par d'autres éléments tout aussi importants dans ce type de soirée entre amies. La réservation était faite depuis environ deux semaines. Nous avons été placées au bord de la porte, à côté d'un groupe d'une douzaine de personnes, très bruyantes. Puis dans la soirée, le son de la musique est monté, les serveurs se sont mis à chanter de même que le groupe... ça devait être très fun pour eux, mais nous ne nous entendions plus parler. Ce n'était pas une ambiance de bar auquelle nous nous attendions en réservant dans votre resto. Autre détail un peu tannant, le serveur qui partait avec nos verres d'alcool alors que nous n'avions pas terminé de les boire (surtout le verre de bière de mon amie encore au tiers...juste s'informer de notre intention avant de les prendre, pcq quand on jase, on n'a pas toujours connaissance de ce qui se prend sur la table), & quand nous lui demandions des suggestions de vin, il n'en avait que pour le plus cher sur la carte (c'est un peu maladroit & nous ne sommes pas dupes). Bref, j'avais engendré des attentes à mes copines en leur vendant votre établissement & je ne crois pas qu'elles vont revenir. Mais moi oui, pcq pour y être allée souvent, je sais que ce n'est pas toujours ainsi & que les critiques constructives font toujours leur chemin.
