This small, unpretentious bistro, is a reflection of the character of Tolkien, it carries with it the greatness of a story whose echo is still heard today at the cafe. Le Hobbit was the first official restaurant of our Canadian vacation. Young, friendly, hip staff. Great service. Great food...specifically the burgers & BEEF CHEEK. Yum!

I had dinner here last night with some friends & we were absolutely blown away by the amazing food & fantastic service. Our waiter was so knowledgeable about the menu & the wine list & really made our night so enjoyable. I had the braised buffalo cheek risotto with wild mushrooms & Brussels sprouts & it was full of flavour & perfectly cooked. Would definitely recommend!

Cute location & quaint spot. Food is good & had s nice variety for non meat eaters. Our service however was So slow. After beers & an appetizer, Literally it took an hour to get our main course. With no word or apology from our server.

Great place! The food was delicious & the service exceptional: it was my kid' s birthday & they made it special. We were a party of 9 & the food came on time & the waiter was always asking is everything went fine. I loved it & my family too!

Excellent breakfast. The staff was attentive & pleasant. We were there with friends from the USA. They said the meal was not greasy as it is the case in their home country. A place to go back for sure.
