Il vaut le détour: morue cuite sous vide puis rôtie avec des betteraves rôties au miel & au romarin, & plusieurs autres légumes & quelques petites cuillerées de pesto, magnifique! Filet mignon au migneron avec une purée de petits pois & des panais rôtis pour mon amie. Les desserts faits maison étaient exceptionnels avec des déclinaisons de chocolats vraiment intéressantes.

Visited Le Hobbit with my wife November 25th.
We were well received a the door & promptly seated next to the front window on a nice snowy night.
My wife loved the onion soup while I enjoyed the Trout tartare. Both dishes were fantastic.
Our main courses were Crab Risotto while I had the Lamb Chops. The Risotto was cooked perfectly. The Lamb was a nice pink in the middle with the right amount of spice to make the that much more enjoyable.
I would recommend this to anyone. It's just a short walk outside the old city wall.

Ambiance sympathique & service très professionnel, si ce n'est que cela a pris plus de 30 minutes avant qu'on reçoive notre assiette.
Côté nourriture, je peux dire que j'ai bien mangé, mais je ne suis pas ressortie de là époustouflée. Les plats contiennent beaucoup d'ingrédients qui se veulent recherchés & originaux, mais le tout manquait d'unité & d'équilibre dans les saveurs. Bref, à force de trop vouloir en faire, on passe à côté de l'essentiel. Je ne suis pas certaine que j'y retournerai.

J'adore Le Hobbit! Je me souviens avoir dégusté un plat de merguez & des burgers délicieux là-bas! & leurs frites sont super bonnes! & le service était impeccable!
