This small, unpretentious bistro, is a reflection of the character of Tolkien, it carries with it the greatness of a story whose echo is still heard today at the cafe. Some of the best breakfast I've ever had. Absolutely amazing. I will go back every single time I am in quebec city. I would even go out of my way to go here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful dinner! Our server, Chris was hands-down one of the best ever! He was warm, welcoming, informative & took time to explain everything to us. We enjoyed the warm bread & butter then split several small plates followed by dessert. This is a hidden gem in Quebec City that deserves a five star rating!

We dropped in for a small meal & holy cow! The food was incredible & the drinks equally delicious. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable & very willing to share. We had an open ravioli & the lions mane small plates as well as a zucchini croquette & all three dishes made us take one bite & simply savor the flavors. Highly recommend The Hobbit when in Quebec!
