The great story of a small bistro... Like a treasure buried in the heart of Faubourg St-Jean, a really well-kept secret ... the story of The Hobbit. This small, unpretentious bistro, is a reflection of the character of Tolkien, it carries with it the greatness of a story whose echo is still heard today at the cafe. Over time, it became the place where culinary delights come together in an ambiance worthy of a warm and cozy home. Beautiful little place to go for dinner in Quebec. All the serves are lovely to chat with & very knowledgeable. Our server Valerie was very personable, kind & funny & made excellent recommendations. Will be coming back again when we visit next

Pour le premier dîner de notre première visite à Québec ça été un vrai coup de chance. Vue de la rue l'ambiance m'a attiré. La lecture de la carte achève mon envie de rentrer à l'intérieur. Le serveur trop sympa nous installe en terrasse. On s'est régalé. Des plats magnifiques avec des asperges ou du clams en sauce succulentes. Les desserts c'est l'apothéose on en revient pas. Va falloir qu'on y retourne avant de continuer le périple.
