Je comprends la raison, mais il me semble qu'il y a un enjeu sur la tarification des no-show... Je vous laisse faire pression avec l'ARQ sur le sujet pour que des changements soient apportés pour aider l'industrie de la restauration.

L'assiette du bébé champignon manquait d'accompagnement si je compare avec les autres assiettes.

Aussi, ce serait bien d'ajouter votre « classique » sur le menu. Mon conjoint est difficile & allait au resto à reculons jusqu'à ce qu'on lui mentionne qu'il y avait un choix plus conventionnel en dehors de la carte.

Nous avons aimé le brunch passé avec vous! Très bon service & encore merci pour le mimosa offert pour les 70 ans de notre maman!
Juste quelques remarques, le jus d'orange pourrait être pressé & le beurre de cacahuète en petit pot céramique comme la confiture :)
