The service was fantastic & the food was incredible. My fiancé had the terrine de foie gras & fell in love. I chose the beigne à la carotte & they accommodated me by making it vegetarian, replacing the bresaola with thinly sliced, marinated zucchini. For our meal, he had the ris de veau & I had the boulettes silésiennes. We were thrilled with our meal! We found le Hobbit purely by chance while taking a stroll after our train ride from Montreal. We were there early in the evening & they sat us even though we didn't have a reservation. If you have the chance to dine here, take it!

Le site a l air pompeux , snob..mais tellement pas!! Aller faire un détour .ça vaux mille mots en bouche . excellent .
Je suis arrivé avec mon epipen allergie au champignon. je sais ces rares .mais ça existe 😋😅, super attention de leur part ..code 911-mush 😂😂Éric a l équipes

You MUST get the scallop crudo. The Smokey sauce they have with it was delicious. I wanted to buy it by the jar!
Their foie gras was unlike anything we have ever experienced. Serving it alongside their jam & on delicious toast …. Who doesn't love a good PB&J style dish!
Their blood pudding with their in house Cesar salad was also very good.

My husband & I dined at Le Hobbit for dinner & it was incredible. The main courses were delicious & wonderfully created. Our cocktails were delicious, especially Le Smaug (Old Fashioned). The smokiness was just enough to be unique & not overwhelming. I will be recommending this restaurant to anyone who visits.

The food was absolutely stunning. We tried the focaccia, patates, salmon with crab butter & carrot cake french toast. Every single dish was perfect & is some of the best food we have tried in Quebec City. The restaurant itself is quaint & beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly & attentive. We left & spent the next 2 hours in a food coma. A must-try place if you are ever in town.
