Super service & staff. La nourriture était bonne. Le Elvis passait peut-être plus inaperçu car trop goûtait trop léger à cause du Hazy & l'amertume du pamplemousse cammouflait l'arôme floral du St-Germain. J'ai préféré le Written Word, chartreuse bien balancé avec les autres ingrédients, a du corps. Mon seul commentaire serait sur la texture de la pieuvre qui était encore un peu pâteuse malgré une 2e tentative super appréciée. C'est peut-être nous qui est pas habitué à ça. Je recommande fortement.

Delicious option for a brunch in Quebec City. I went with a group of friends & we had an absolute amazing time at Le Hobbit. Extremely friendly staff, delicious food & nice ambiance. Would highly recommend!

Service was fantastic, good wine list, appetizers were very nice. Burrata was unavailable, they substituted a massive ball of fresh mozzarella which was lovely but only a small amount of crostini cane with it. When we asked for more, we got some fluffy bread which didn't work with the texture of the cheese. Sadly, none of our entrees were good. The halibut was dry, & the amazing cauliflower purée couldn't save it. The grilled octopus was overcooked & mealey. The porchetta was very disappointing, the smoked mussels in the dish were good but the overall impression of the dish was a big plate of sad bacon with nothing to balance the flavor or texture. Lack of balance is a consistent theme of the dishes here. Too much of this, not enough of that.

Restaurant que nous fréquentons à chacune de nos visite au Canada. Mais malheureusement le niveau a fortement baissé depuis 2/3 ans. Il s'apparentait à un restaurant gastronomique il y'a quelques années en arrière mais est ce un changement de propriétaire ou de cuisinier mais la cuisine ne suit vraiment plus. Nous avons choisi le menu en 5 saveurs & très franchement un seul des 5 mets était à la hauteur attendu (pour un menu à 75$)! Les portions étaient également microscopiques.
Très très décevant. Nous espérons vraiment une reprise en main de ce lieu qui était une référence à Québec pour nous.
