Tout simplement parfait. L'accueil, le site exceptionnel avec la terrasse avec vue sur les jardins & le fleuve. Les chambres, nous avions une de celles au cachet historique, confortable & impeccable. Un service exceptionnel côté resto & la nourriture du chef & son équipe était delicieuse. Un coup de coeur.

We had a lovely stay at the auberge & loved the decor of the room & views from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious & creative served very prettily. We had the chef's tasting menu for dinner at the restaurant & were amazed at the flavours, creativity & presentation of the food. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star! The staff were attentive, friendly & welcoming. All in all, a superb experience!

EXCELLENT de l'entrée au dessert. Créatif, des saveurs qui se marient parfaitement.Bravo à la Chef ! L'ambiance & l'accueil 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻je vous le recommande ça vaut le détour ( en haute saison s'y prendre 4 -6 mois à l'avance !

Quelle charmante auberge au coeur du Bic. L'accueil de Noémie est lumineux. Notre chambre très confortable. Les repas au restaurant fabuleux; autant les déjeuners que les soupers, BRAVO aux chefs! Que dire du sourire de Marie-Christine, un rayon de soleil. Que dire de la présence de Justin, un accueil enjoué. Que dire de Jean-Simon, une bienveillance attentionnée. Nous saluons chaleureusement Mathieu, venu nous saluer personnellement; il insuffle & incarne cet accueil personnalisé endossé par toute son équipe. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Une expérience complète! Le menu est alléchant & hyper original (Savoureux & délicieux!!!), en plus de proposer des aliments cuisinés locaux & ce dans une ambiance chaleureuse dans un lieu inusité. Le service est très sympathique, accueillant & véhicule bien la philosophie du chef & de sa table. Merci pour cette belle soirée!

Voyageant seule, j'ai apprécié tout spécialement le fait qu'on m'attribue une des meilleures tables à la salle à manger & les serveurs ont été très avenants. Le repas était digne des chefs qu'on voit à la télévision! J'ai dormi deux soirs & je serais restée volontiers plus longtemps.
