Cuisine du terroir avec des produits locaux & frais. Superbe présentation & plats imaginatifs. Bravo au chef. Le tartare de boeuf & bourgaux était le plus réussi.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'utilisation de produits locaux (donc beaucoup de poissons & de fruits de mer) & l'inventivité du chef. Délicieux plat de homard & de pétoncles, & dessert tout à fait original & délicieux!

endroit charmant, tous vous accueille avec le sourire.Environnement connecté avec la nature. Chambres tres propres.Restaurant , les mets , le chef y va de ses creations qui sont uniques savoureux , Le petit dejeuner egalement fait avec des produits regionaux, le café pourait etre plus corsé.
ils m ont avisé que j avais oublié mes "air Pods" & ils me les ont envoyé par courrier.On va y retourner c est sur.

Nous n'en sommes pas à notre première visite chez-vous & cette fois-ci, force est de vous avouer que nous avons été très déçus.
Pour la nourriture, qualité, quantité & prix sont à revoir. Menu du soir offrant beaucoup de poissons, choix qu'il est impossible de faire lorsqu'on souffre
d'intolérance aux poissons & aux fruits de mer. Obligée de me rabattre sur le boeuf, qui n'est vraiment pas dans mes cordes &, qui plus est, impossible
d'avoir la cuisson désirée car le chef ne fait que du médium-saignant. L'agneau que mon conjoint a choisi était vraiment so-so.
De plus, pas de potage, pas de pain ni beurre. Le choix des desserts est vraiment à revoir. &, le déjeuner libre-service ne doit pas être dans un
établissement comme le vôtre oû le prix est très élevé.

Un repas mémorable. Nous avions choisis 4 entrées que nous avons partagées c'était tout simplement parfait & très gouteux. Le chef sait harmoniser de main de maître les ingrédients locaux. Un repas parfait.

We had a lovely & delicious dinner, with excellent service. The atmosphere in the dining room areas have been refreshed in a positive way (we've enjoyed eating here in the past, too). We were glad to see the new owners & the chef are devoted to having a very high quality restaurant experience. Presentation was beautiful for both appetizers & main plates.

The terrace is wonderful, too, if the weather permits: fabulous views of Havre du Bic. Only snacks are served there, but a wonderful spot if you're in the area.

We're lucky to be part-time residents here, so have enjoyed a number of excellent meals at the Auberge over the last few years.
