Un repas mémorable. Nous avions choisis 4 entrées que nous avons partagées c'était tout simplement parfait & très gouteux. Le chef sait harmoniser de main de maître les ingrédients locaux. Un repas parfait.

We had a lovely & delicious dinner, with excellent service. The atmosphere in the dining room areas have been refreshed in a positive way (we've enjoyed eating here in the past, too). We were glad to see the new owners & the chef are devoted to having a very high quality restaurant experience. Presentation was beautiful for both appetizers & main plates.

The terrace is wonderful, too, if the weather permits: fabulous views of Havre du Bic. Only snacks are served there, but a wonderful spot if you're in the area.

We're lucky to be part-time residents here, so have enjoyed a number of excellent meals at the Auberge over the last few years.

Bon restaurant, service impeccable, un peu prétentieux sauf pour le sommelier, belle présentation des plats, appétant, mais pas du tout copieux selon les commentaires à l'émission des Chefs de la dernière saison. L'entrée d'homard: la bisque est délicieuse mais la salade d'homard au centre du plat (très petits ou plutôt minuscules morceaux d'homard...la bisque masque le goût & les morceaux d'homard y sont noyés tellement ils sont petits - grosseur d'un pois vert maximum). Nous avions réservé à l'avance & demandé une table avec vue sur le bord de la fenêtre mais nous étions complétement près du mur & notre vue se limitait aux arbres. Lieu historique magnifique & ambiance feutrée.

Nous avons merveilleusement bien mangé. Chapeau au chef pour le mélange des saveurs parfois inusitées mais qui furent d'agréables surprises! Ambiance feutrée & décor éclectique à souhait! Nous recommandons cette expérience culinaire à tous!
