À recommander, très belle expérience culinaire. Les sens sont comblés. Les portions pour 3 auraient pu être légèrement ajustées en plus pour le menu dégustations.

L'accueil s'est très bien passé. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli & tout le personnel est souriant & agréable. Le service lors du repas a été exceptionnel, on sent que les gens qui travaillent au restaurant ont de l'expérience. Cependant : la nourriture est inégale, certains plats étaient exceptionnels comme cette entrée de flétan en ceviche. Pour le plat de pétoncle, c'était également délicieux. Le plat de ma conjointe, de l'omble, n'était cependant pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Le déjeuner est ordinaire & aucun choix n'est possible comme ce fut le cas lors de nos anciennes vsiites. La salle à manger a également beaucoup changée, elle est désormais dénudée pour apprécier la beauté du fleuve. Une bonne expérience dans l'ensemble, les chambres sont confortable & l'ambiance est agréable .

Le souper était très bien mais le déjeuner épouvantable ( 1 muffin & 1 yogourt pour2 personne,rôti froide & quiche très mauvaise, jambon fumé d'épicerie médiocre confiture style commerciale jus orange en pot & café froid donc tout cela pas digne de votre réputation & triste pour ceux qui ont à faire le service

Trop d'attente. Les plats chauds sont tièdes. Suggestion : des amuse-bouche avec l'apéritif. Le pain serait meilleur en étant juste grillé, sans matière grasse.
