J'ai pris le menu dégustation avec l'accord mets vins & ce fut tout simplement une merveilleuse expérience gastronomique. C'est une belle façon de goûter plusieurs plats & vins. Je le recommande chaudement.

Très belle dégustation avec des produits du terroir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'omble fumé avec l'ail noir & le siphon de pomme de terre, ainsi que le parfait au basilic. Nous avons passé un bon moment dans une superbe ambiance.

Très bonne bouffe..

Un seul inconvénient, le petit déjeuner à la chambre sur un guéridon trop petiti en fait une expérience désagréable. Tant mieux s'il fait beau & que nous puissions manger à l'extérieu

Nous avons apprécié notre expérience qui était particulière. La nourriture était préparée avec soin & le choix des vins avait été super bien sélectionné. Par contre, la nourriture n'était pas habituelle pour nous & nous ne pensons pas répéter l'expérience. Le service était impeccable. 😉
