Notre expérience gastronomique de l'an dernier avait été extraordinaire. Cette année, nos attentes étaient probablement trop élevées. les entrées étaient bonnes. Quant au boeuf, il était gouteux, mais plutôt dur à couper, & à mastiquer. Les pétoncles auraient mérités une cuisson un peu plus forte. Le service était très bien.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel très courtois, salle à manger avec belle ambiance.Excellente entrée de homard, plat de résistance moyen (quantité correcte de pétoncles mais à peu près pas d'accompagnement). Excellente qualité des vins au verre. Voici quelques opportunités d'amélioration à mon avis. Le déjeuner a été servi à la chambre & nous a bien déçues. Quantité nettement insuffisante & vraiment de base avec une tranche de jambon & un oeuf cuit dur pour chacun de nous. Ce n'est pas du tout ce à quoi je m'attendais pour le déjeuner. Dommage!

Ceviche au flétan sublime de fraicheur.
Entrée homard, délicieux.
Ravioli au boeuf dans une sauce crémeuse fantastique! les pâtes étaient cependant un peu trop épaisses.
Omble chevalier & ses légumes marins, une expérience culinaire raffinée.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'utilisation de produits locaux (donc beaucoup de poissons & de fruits de mer) & l'inventivité du chef. Délicieux plat de homard & de pétoncles, & dessert tout à fait original & délicieux!
