Très belle soirée. Un paysage bucolique.
Le tartare d'agneau est mémorable
Toutefois, l'agneau sous vide aurait pu être servi rosé.
Portions un peu limite pour le plateau de fromages d'une fraîcheur remarquable.

The food was exceptional, the presentation of the dishes magnificent, the service was good & the prices reasonable for the quality of food. I really recommend this restaurant, it has nothing to envy to a Michelin restaurant. Please book in advance because it's hard to get a reservation.

Magnifique endroit. Tout était excellent de l'entrée au dessert. Excellent service & bien conseillé dans le choix du vin. Présentation des assiettes, un délice pour les yeux. Un délice pour les papilles.

Une vieille auberge pleine de charme nichée dans un écrin de verdure avec vue sur la baie du parc BIC. Coucher du soleil exceptionnel. Cuisine raffinée & locale, qui rivalise avec les très bons restaurants parisiens. Je recommande a 200%

Cuisine peut-être un peu trop recherchée à mon goût. Le mélange dans la même assiette de produit de la mer & ceux de la terre (pièce de boeuf servi avec des huîtres par exemple) me plaît très moyennement. Mis à part cette particularité osant à marier des éléments extrêmes, la cuisine servie était très appétissante & savoureuse.
