Succulent & original. Très belle présentation. Le porc Berkshire est délicieux. Je n'aime pas manger du boeuf au restaurant car je peux en cuisiner facilement à la maison, mais ce jeune boeuf est surprenant. Les accompagnements sont excellents. Quant aux desserts, c'est une expérience à ne pas manquer.

Pour le souper, 5 étoiles sans réserve. Tout était excellent, la nourriture, la présentation & le service.
Pour le coucher, l'auberge étant très pittoresques, ça rend le séjour agréable & intéressant. Cependant, il ne faut pas s'attendre au confort nord américain standard.

Excellent! Tant sur la nourriture que le service.
Le mélange des saveurs est exquis! Marie-Christine, qui nous a fait le service, était excellente & connaissait vraiment très bien le menu. Une rareté aujourd'hui.

Nous étions huit, dont six sont aller récemment souper au manoir Covey de North-Hatley, qui a la réputation d'être l'une des meilleures tables au Canada. Si j'attribue 5 étoiles au manoir Covey pour sa cuisine, je ne peux pas donner plus de trois étoiles au Mange-Grenouille.

En passant, s'ils ont encore au menu, en plat principal, une carotte cuite en terre, c'est tout simplement une escroquerie.
