We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Le Parlementaire on June 18 during our visit to Québec City. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Xavier, the host, whose cheerful & professional manner made us feel genuinely welcome.

The dining room is stunning - bright, historic, beautifully ornamented. The food was refined, delicious, & thoughtfully prepared with ingredients sourced locally from Québec. Each dish was beautifully presented, reflecting both regional pride & culinary artistry.

Our server, Annette - elegant, kind, & charming - provided outstanding service. She explained each dish with clarity & enthusiasm, helping us appreciate the culinary heritage of the province. Her friendly presence & gracious attitude made the experience even more memorable.

Annette kindly offered to take photos for us, & the results were remarkable. She captured the room, the ceiling, the light, & our group with perfect composition. When we complimented her, she told us that photography has always been in her heart - & it truly shows.

A beautiful lunch in every way.

Both Xavier & Annette exemplify the best of Québec's public?facing service - welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, & dedicated. We sincerely thank them & the entire team at Le Parlementaire for making our visit truly unforgettable.

Absolument délicieux. Un réel souci du détail dans chaque assiette, du début à la fin. Nous avons adoré l'ensemble des plats, autant les options végétariennes que les viandes & les poissons. Mention spéciale pour la viande, d'une tendreté remarquable.

Chaque service était savoureux, cohérent & parfaitement exécuté. Le service était excellent, attentionné, & les accords vin & mets étaient très bien choisis.

Bravo au chef Sébastien Laframboise & à toute son équipe pour cette expérience gastronomique mémorable.

Très beau dîner dans un lieu d'exception, accueillis pas une équipe aussi chaleureuse que compétente dont Annette. Le menu du printemps & la carte des vins sont mémorables. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Québec. Allez-y!
