Je préférerais les tables d'hôtes avec 2 services & plus de choix de menus. Viande ou poisson avec de bons légumes,
c'est toujours apprécié, avec un potage ou salade comme entrée, comme c'était il y a environ un an.

Tout était parfait sauf l'assiette de légumes en menu principal. Les légumes n'étaient pas assez cuits, la sauce blanche dans l'assiette n'était pas très bonne & globalement, mon conjoint n'était pas satisfait & ne referait pas ce choix s'il revenait. Tous les autres convives étaient contents de leurs plats. Le service était impeccable. Merci, on va revenir !

Les personnes assignés à notre table: très courtoises, polies, affables, cependant un oubli, suite à une demande pour souligner l'anniversaire de ma conjointe qui avait été accordée & confirmée a été oublié à la fin du repas. Plutôt décevant quand on espère une finale à la hauteur de l'événement.
