Un excellent moment dans une atmosphère feutrée & naturaliste très agréable (les contraintes COVID sont particulièrement bien gérées avec des espaces séparés par des panneaux transparents). Nus avons choisi le menu dégustation en 6 plats à l'aveugle : intégralement cuisinés à partir des produits locaux, avec beaucoup de raffinement dans la présentation. Côté goût, certains plats nous ont littéralement bluffés quand d'autres nous ont légèrement déçus, avec une très belle intention & des produits de qualité mais un déséquilibre dans l'exécution à notre avis (trop d'acidité notamment). au global une très jolie adresse avec beaucoup de sincérité & d'engagement dans la mise en valeur du terroir, jusqu'au bar qui ne propose également que des produits locaux ou presque (goutez le whisky québécois !). excellente discussion avec le chef sur ce sujet, très ouvert & passionné. La sommelière aussi connait bien son affaire & nous a recommandé un excellent vin du Quebec parfait sur tous les plats.

Portions raisonnables, très belle présentation, mariage de goûts créatif, flétan exquis, autres plats de dégustation très bon. Superbe choix de vins, cocktails & mocktails.
Service très apprécié, en particulier pour l'aide apportée dans les choix, l'efficacité, la politesse & la bonne humeur.

Repas dégustation avec accord mets/vin tout simplement divin. Excellent service & le sommelier est vraiment génial. Dispendieux comme repas mais chaque dollar investit en vaut vraiment la peine. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Ma copine & moi avons pris un menu dégustation. Nous sommes tous les deux habitués de ce genre de restaurant & c'est personnellement le meilleur menu dégustation que j'ai mangé de toute ma vie. Les produits du terroir étaient très bien apprêtés, tout était délicieux. Nous avons choisi l'accord met-vin & c'était aussi très approprié pour le repas. Je recommanderais ce restaurant à n'importe qui qui aime manger.

Nous avons pris le Menu dégustation & l'accord de vins Légende. C'était vraiment délicieux, original & bien présenté. Les accords de vins étaient parfaits. Quelques uns qu'on peut trouver à la SAQ. Vous pouvez demander des substitutions si l'un des plats ne vous plait pas. Belle ambiance, joliment décoré, service impeccable. Très belle soirée!
