We run a French food & wine society for a state in the USA. We carefully researched fine dining online & from Quebec members of our group.
Lengende's name repeatedly came up.
This was very close to one of our Chaine dinners with multiple courses & wine paired by me.
Their Somm was knowledgeable & helpful.
I chose all Canadian VQA wines.
Their fresh farm to table cuisine matched their available wines very well.
They were not stingy with their proteins in there tasting menu. It was a great treat & a culinary delight for us. We highly recommend this dining experience.

Exquisite tasting menu with one delight after another! The presentation was superb—food as art—& the service impeccable & each server was knowledgeable, warm & engaging. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. Do not miss it while in Old Quebec!

What a fabulous meal! We are a family of foodies & this visit did not disappoint. Each course was artful, delicious, perfectly balanced & interesting to our taste buds. It was the perfect choice for our son's 22nd birthday! We would highly recommend to everyone!!

What a beautiful spot with spectacular cuisine. The decor & drinks were really wonderful, but especially amazing was the farm to table Canadian menu with unique & delicious dishes. I had the foie gras & the "daily seafood special" of cod. My husband had elk filets & couldn't stop talking about them the next day. & an over-the-top dessert platter was spectacular. All of that said--I absolutely loved the amuse bouche as well. Can't recommend this wonderful restaurant enough.

Nous recommandons ce restaurant aux personnes qui désirent vivre une expérience culinaire. Les 4 diamants que le chef Frédéric Laplante a reçu, il ne les a pas volées. Tout est à point, autant l'accueil, le service ainsi que les saveurs. Bravo à toute l'équipe! C'est un restaurant exceptionnel!
