My wife & I stayed in Quebec for a month. Legende quickly became our favorite spot. Their cocktails are incredibly & it is like dinner theater watching the bartender create them. The food is inspired & extremely local. The best part of the experience was the excellent service. From the host to the servers, everyone was friendly, attentive, & focused on creating an unforgettable experience. I would recommend cocktails & appetizers, or their full tasting menu - both were incredible!
Made a special request for vegan tasting menu, it was fabulous!! Deep, smoky, woodsy flavors, & so much creativity. Would've never guessed our carrots were not actually smoked salmon, & aubergine not actually a steak. & a sorbet made from mushrooms, whaaat
Just two recommendations to the staff: The explanation of each item is done so quickly, almost breathlessly, & the dishes cleared & next course served SO quickly, that we honestly felt rushed.
Our request for a vegan menu should be mentioned to the bar, where my last mocktail was milk based. No big deal, I didn't say I had any allergies, but still would've assumed.

Great restaurant! We did the tasting menu - it was fabulous. The service was fantastic & everything was well described. The wine list is very large! I would have liked a bit more choice/a few other items on the menu, but otherwise it was unbelievable! Would definitely recommend!
My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience at Légende - in fact, I believe it was the finest restaurant meal I've ever had.
We ordered the tasting menu, with the Légende wine pairing. Though we've enjoyed a number of similar experiences in fine restaurants around, the world, the perfect preparations of each course & delicate nuances of the flavor combinations were truly exceptional. From the Nova Scotian salmon sashimi to a delicate roast sturgeon, the flavorful Québecois wagyu agnolotti to a stunning seared venison, topped off with a very subtle & delicious carrot-ginger dessert, every course was memorable - & not only complemented by the wine pairings, but consistently enhanced.
The pacing of the courses was unhurried, giving us plenty of time to savor each one - while the attentive service ensured we were never crowded or left waiting. Karine provided exceptional hospitality throughout the evening, complemented by servers very knowledgeable about each plate & accompanying wine flight.
This was an outstanding experience, suitable for the most discerning or the simplest of palates - everything was mouthwateringly delicious... we highly recommend!
My third visit was just as perfect as the first. A fabulous evening of great service, food & atmosphere. The team works so well together, anticipating timing, & noticing every detail.
I've tried the Spring menu twice & now the Fall, looking forward to a winter & summer tasting!
