Service impeccable. Menu élaboré avec des produits du Québec, succulent. Le menu « accord mets/vins » est un peu plus dispendieux mais vaut la peine d'etre essayé, au moins une fois... les explications de la sommelière vous permettent d'apprécier les saveurs. Bravo...

Mon chum a adoré l'accord met & vins, quant à moi j'ai pris l'accord mets & boisson sans-alcool. Tout était PARFAIT!

Nourriture exquise, vins délicieux, service impeccable, éclairage parfait, intensité du volume de la musique très adéquate, décor très soigné, toilette très propres..! Seul petit bémol en ce qui me concerne, j'offrirais du pain maison en a coté.

Tout le personnel est souriant & des plus agréable! Vous êtes accueillis & traité comme si vous étiez le seul client du restaurant, avec égards & on ne lésine pas sur les informations & pour répondre à vos questions. Chaque plat du menu découverte est une expérience palpitante à découvrir, de l'entrée au dessert. Je vous recommande fortement de prendre l'accord mets & vins, qui rehausse encore plus chaque bouchée.

My husband & I each enjoyed the tasting menu & the wine agreement. Each course was delicious, the flavors & textures enhanced each other, the innovation & creativity were impressive, & the presentation was beautiful. The wines selected to accompany each course were excellent, well-matched to the specific course, & presented with full descriptions of the wine itself & the vineyard from which it came. The three people who served us did a superb job, explaining each course/wine, answering all of our questions, making us feel personally welcomed & pampered. This was one of the very best dinners we have ever enjoyed, exceeding even the tasting menu with wines that we enjoyed at a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Quebec City is most fortunate to be the home of such an establishment.
