Honnêtement un peu déçue par rapport à mes expériences précédentes du menu dégustation à ce restaurant: moins de plats & de variété, plats individuels plutôt qu'à partager, peu de protéines... de plus, le goût fumé du plat de betterave était trop intense (masquait l'accord avec le vin) & nous n'avons pas aimé le magret servi bleu, limite froid & coupé longitudinalement car beaucoup trop coriace sous la dent. Dommage!

Très belle soirée & excellente nourriture. Les tables sont assez proches par contre alors pour notre soirée romantique c'était peu intime. Les couple à côté nous écoutait. Sélection de vin un peu dispendieuse.

Quelle belle expérience gastronomique! Le staff était bien informé, la création du Chef de pair avec les vins suggérés étaient sans pareille! À wonderful night out with very knowledgeable staff. I would recommend the Chef's création & wine pairings, a perfect evening!

Une expérience simplement incroyable. L'endroit est magnifique, très propre & stylisé. Tous les membres de l'équipe qui nous ont servis sont polis, patients, connaissants & ont surtout l'air passionnés. Il n'y a pas de mots pour décrire la nourriture, le menu exploratoire avec l'accord des vins est imbattable!

Super accueil! L'accord vin était parfaitement agencé aux délicieux plats & le tout nous a permis de découvrir & de redécouvrir plusieurs aliments d'ici apprêtés à merveille! Bravo à toute l'équipe!
