Food experience was good, started out really good, & then dishes & service seem to wind down as closing got closer. Did the wine pairing, would prefer red with the pasta dish & dessert. Overall great experience, unique dishes & flavors

4,5 stars: the aperitifs came after the amuses bouches were served. Otherwise everything was brilliant: warm ambiance, very friendly service, beautiful plates, great food, innovative flavors, interesting wines.

Tasting menu with wine accompaniment. & it was awesome, some very silken taste combinations & some bold. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The wine pairing was perfect. Thank you to the whole team.

What a hidden gem! Food just so amazingly intense in flavour & so well balanced... & ate at some of the best places in the world & this has topped them all. The staff were lovely & knew so much about all the wines & food. It was such a sensory overload. & amazing value

Our reservation was at 9:15pm. We left around midnight. Wonderful ambience. Our server was the best. We took a vegetarian tasting menu & a meat one. Along with that we paired it with a wine tasting. Exotic food. They use all ingredients that are grown in Quebec. A must try!

Fabulous meal, drinks, & atmosphere. Enjoyed the 6 course & wine pairing. Would make a trip back to Quebec City just for another dinner here. Fred the "bar ban" was an extra bonus. Highly recommend reservations for the bar. At the very top of our list for best dinner & favorite restaurant- from a couple that has traveled the world & enjoys fine dinning.
